Every inspection includes Cruz, his certified handler, AND a second certified mold inspector — you always get a two-person expert team plus Cruz. They arrive at your property, Cruz systematically inspects every accessible room, and if he detects mold, our inspector documents the exact location with photos and measurements. You get verbal results the same day and a detailed written report within 24-48 hours.

How long does an inspection take?

A typical residential inspection takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the property. Larger commercial properties may take longer. Either way, you get results the same day — no waiting a week for lab results.

Is the inspection safe for my family and pets?

Absolutely. Cruz is friendly, well-trained, and completely non-invasive. There are no chemicals, no drilling, and no destructive testing. Do you also offer conventional mold testing?

How much does a mold dog inspection cost?

We offer three packages: K9 Detection () includes the dog, handler, and certified inspector with moisture mapping and a digital report. How quickly can you schedule an inspection?

We typically schedule within the same week, and urgent situations can often be accommodated within 1-2 days. Our schedule does fill up quickly, especially during the humid summer months when mold concerns peak in South Carolina. The sooner you call, the sooner we can get Cruz to your property.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Simpsonville, South Carolina and serve the entire Upstate SC region including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Greer, Easley, Mauldin, Taylors, Piedmont, Fountain Inn, and surrounding areas — all within a 1-hour radius. We also travel nationally for commercial projects. For properties beyond our primary service area, we provide custom quotes that include travel.
